Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items should be unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging (where applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened personal care or hygiene-related products when return is not appropriate for health reasons.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at lauracline63@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your package if your return is approved.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns that are not authorized may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong or defective item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, the quickest option is to return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at lauracline63@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
